By accessing and using Tickety, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Use of Platform

Tickety provides a platform for event organizers to sell tickets and for attendees to purchase them. Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their event listings.

3. Fees and Payments

Tickety charges organizers a service fee for each ticket sold. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers.

4. Limitation of Liability

Tickety is not responsible for the actual events or the conduct of organizers or attendees. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
